Holy Week Services
St. Paul's invites you to walk the journey of Jesus' last week with us. As you do, you will find yourself deeply moved by and impacted by His life and death, and prepared for the glorious joys of Easter. The ancient practice of Holy Week is a powerful opportunity to deepen our faith, and to pass it on to our children. We hope to be able to journey with you.
April 9th 10:30am | All services at 111 South Kellogg St. Lake Elsinore, 92530
Our service begins outside with a palm branch procession and moves into the sanctuary where we recount the events leading up to Jesus' death. Chris Maiocca will be our guest preacher during this interactive service. Great for the whole family.
April 13th 6:30pm |
This is a poignant one hour service that focuses on the night of Jesus' betrayal and washing of the disciple's feet. The service concludes with a foot washing- a powerful ancient practice that communicates the humility of Christ. Packets available for kids.
April 14th 7pm | The sanctuary will be opened at 5pm for Stations of the Cross and Confession
This weighty service brings us face to face with Jesus on the cross. It is prayerful and it is one of the best ways for us to prepare for the joys of Easter. We invite you to prepare for the service by fasting a meal on this day if you are able. Also, the sanctuary will be available for meditation on the Stations of the Cross and Confession from 5pm-7pm, which can be additional ways of preparing for our interaction with Christ's death. Childcare and children's activities are available.
